Education Policy
The Company commitment to education and teaching is an integral part of their creative process. Crediting their roots in inner-city Manchester youth dance theatre community, they seek to continue to support the invaluable legacy once offered to them, by delivering high quality educational programmes.
They particularly wish to act as role models to young males from a demographic such as their own. They seek to present their work out of the conventional theatre setting, and thus hope to encourage participation and viewing from new audiences whom art forms such as this seldom reach.
Both Missen and Turner have taught in most major British Dance Institutions, to many professional companies and internationally in France, Germany, Spain, Austria, the Caribbean and the USA.
