Summer School just got cool

Young people of Manchester, don’t miss the best CREATIVE, FUN and FREE opportunity of the summer. 

PLAY-LAB

 

Age 6 to 16? For one week only, Company Chameleon, Big People Music and TASC invite you to take part in a unique free project, fusing dance, music and architecture.

Design a soundtrack, create dance and movement, and build a set in response to structures, architecture and the former Varna Street Primary School listed building in Openshaw.  Play, dance, build, compose and get creative!

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from professional dancers, musicians and architects and develop your creative skills from across three different art forms.

An informal collaborative performance to be shared with parents and friends at 2pm on Friday 16 August. Please note, participants must be available to attend for the full week.

Open to young people, age 6 to 16. No experience needed, everyone welcome. Please bring a drink and packed lunch.
