As our work continues to develop, with a focus on creating dance opportunities on our doorstep and in Greater Manchester, we’re excited to shout out for three new Chameleons to join our team.
We’re recruiting for the following roles.
- Access & Development Producer
- Dance & Health Artist
- Company Assistant
The team’s expansion builds on the solid foundations created from producing dance theatre that has toured the world and our successful NPO funding from Arts Council England.
The Access & Development Producer will lead an ambitious new programme of work in a brand-new role within the organisation. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach in creating a thriving programme of classes, workshops, and events that responds to the needs and interests of local people and the wider regional dance community.
Also, a new role within company, the Dance & Health Artist will support the delivery of Chameleon’s growing engagement programme, leading the facilitation of workshops and projects at our studio and across the region. The Dance & Health Artist will focus on the development of our health and wellbeing offer. Exploring dance and movement as a creative outlet to support mental health, the successful candidate will deliver a broad range of bespoke projects in settings including prisons, hospitals, community organisations and schools
Part of the core team that manages, organises and administers the company’s productions and touring activities, the Company Assistant will assist and support across different areas of the company, including logistics, financial management, audience feedback and marketing.
