Heading home – Witness at The Lowry

Following a premiere UK tour of our latest new production, Witness, we’re excited to be heading home for two final Autumn Tour performances at The Lowry, Salford Quays, on Tues 29 & Weds 30 Nov, 8pm.
Talking about the tour culmination, Kevin Edward Turner, our Co-Artistic Director and Choreographer of Witness said, “It’s fantastic to finish our first tour of Witness at The Lowry. The venue has advocated for our work since the very early days of Company Chameleon and we’re proud to have become a regular in The Lowry’s dance programme. We’re looking forward to bringing the production back home to the North West, where Witness was created, and to sharing the piece with family, friends and the Chameleon community.”
Kevin goes on to say, “On a personal note, due to illness, it’s been some time now since I performed at The Lowry – three years in fact, and I can’t wait to get back on The Lowry stage and share my ideas and work.”
Having toured and been performed in Plymouth, Falmouth, Cambridge, Ormskirk and Kendal, audiences so far have described Witness as “Amazing”, “Inspiring” and “Graceful, hard hitting and honest”. Witness draws from Kevin’s own experience of Bipolar and provides a moving and original view of mental health issues through dance and movement. Intimate solos, emotive duets and powerful ensembles, combine to create a view of mental health, which you simply won’t forget.
