Meet the cast: Alice

24 February 2022

As we tour  The Shadow, choreographed by Anthony Missen, we meet the cast and introduce you to our amazing dancers via bite-size Q&As and videos. Next in line is our wonderful Company Dancer, Alice Bonazzi.

Hey Alice, hope you’re enjoying touring with The Shadow.
We’d love for you to tell our readers more about you and your dance background.

Hi, I’m originally from Italy but I’ve been living in the UK for the last six years, since I moved here to study at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. Upon graduation in 2017, I joined Company Chameleon as an Apprentice Dancer and since then I’ve had the pleasure of working as a freelance dance artist for many different companies touring nationally and internationally.  I was incredibly excited to join Chameleon as a Company Dancer in December 2021 and I’m thrilled to be able to tour The Shadow this year with this incredible cast of artists.
What are you enjoying most about touring with The Shadow?
As we tour, it’s really exciting to is see how the work develops and grows with us. It’s also great to hear the audience perspective and to discover what people take from the show.  I feel like this work is very relatable, as we all have our own shadows and there’s something for everyone to go away with.
