Chameleon Youth is Manchester’s leading youth dance company, established in 2016 by the internationally renowned Company Chameleon. Over the past decade, the company’s talented young dancers have performed at venues across the UK and gained invaluable experience by working directly with our professionally company.
Recruitment for our 2025/26 programme is almost complete with just a few spots remaining for Chameleon Youth Seniors. If you’re aged 16-21 don’t miss this final opportunity to audition on Tuesday 16 September, 6:30-8:30pm at Company Chameleon.

As a young dance artist in Chameleon Youth, you’ll have the opportunity to:

The annual Audition is free to attend.
Audition applications close at midnight on Sunday 14 September.
Chameleon Youth training
If you’re auditioning for Chameleon Youth it’s important to check you’re available for our weekly sessions, which take place at our dance studio in Openshaw, Manchester.
Chameleon Youth Juniors (ages 11 – 16) train on Monday evenings, 6.30-8.30pm, and Chameleon Youth Seniors (ages 16 – 21) train on Tuesday evenings, 6.30-8.30pm.
Chameleon Youth annual fees
Demonstrating Chameleon’s ongoing investment and commitment to supporting young dancers in training, Chameleon Youth costs are heavily subsidised by the company. The 2025/26 fees are £100 total for the year (£30 per term with a £10 registration fee).
